Today my class and I explored Google Earth. I looked at The White house and Beverly hills.

Mince Gravy with Potato Salad

Tech - Cooking !! 

Mince Gravy with Potato Salad . 

Step 1 - Boil the potato until it is cooked .

Step 2 - Fry the mince with the onion add 1 cup of bisto and flour.

Step 3 - Serve with potato salad .

Butter chicken

Butter Chicken 

Step 1 - Dice onion,Chicken.

-Fry until it is cook .

Step 2 - Add butter chicken sause,spices and cream .

- Stir for 10 mins and serve with rice .

- Than EAT

Step 1- 1 1/2 Cup of Self Raising Flour 

Step 2 - 1/2 cup of sugar

Step 3 - 1/4 c of sugar

step 4 - 1/2 c of oil 

step 5 - 1/2 c of milk, egg

step 6 -2tbs of yogurt 

step 7 -   1 tsp vanilla essence

step 8 - mix well and 1 tbs each muffin

Mini Quiches

Step 1 - Whisk 4 eggs with 1 cup of milk Step 2 - Dice the Ham Step 3 - Add cheese Step 4 - Line up pastry into the muffin tray Final step - Tin and bake 

Spaghetti Caponara

Step 1- Put the spaghetti in the pot and onto the stove.

Step 2- Scrap the carrots, onions and zucchini.

Step 3- Put the bacon in the oven.

Step 4-Mix the cheese and cream together with the spaghetti.

Step 5- Take the bacon out and mix it was the spaghetti

Kumara Frattata

Step 1- Peel the Kumara and the onions.

Step 2- Mix the eggs, milk, onions and Kumara together.

Step 3-Pour the mixture into a baking tin.

Step 4- Check the Kumara Frittata after 15-20 minutes.

Cooking at Tech

Today in the morning at tech for cooking we made Silver Corn Beef and Vegetables for morning tea/breakfast.  

Grab a flat pan and fill it up with water.

Slice your silver corn then when your water starts to boil put your sliced Sliver corn in your flat pan. 

After that slice your vegetables then put them in the flt pan with the sliver corn. 

Then wait for a while till your potatoes are soft.

Making Butter

Yesterday my class and I did a Science experiment on how to make Butter. 

We made butter out of cream. Let me tell you how it was. 

We put some cream inside of an glass jar and shook it really hard, so it can form into butter. After it formed we all put some salt into the butter and tried it out.

I liked that it had a question about our culture. The most trickiest question for me was about Learn create share, because I didn't quite understand why they asked if Learn create share helped us with our culture. They should've asked me what my favorite food is. My class and I should have pizza for lunch.

Three - Eyed Snake !

Today my class and I had to read about a Three - Eyed snake. Here's what we red.

A rare three-eyed snake has been found in Australia.

Australian wildlife authorities have shared photos of the snake.

It was found on a highway in the Northern Territory. It was found near the town of Humpty Doo, about 35 km from Darwin.

The snake is about three months old and 40 cm-long when it was found by rangers. 

The snake has become Facebook famous, with photographs of it uploaded to the service’s page attracting thousands of likes and comments.

Today for Reading my group and I had to pick an article to read from KiwiKids news. I chose to read about Dakshayani the worlds oldest Elephant.After reading that article I decided to write about it. Here's what I've done.

Last week Thursday my class and I had to write about how the GTS pool works and what you need for a pool. Me and my friend worked together and here's what we did.

How the GTS swimming pool works

Chlorine

Filter/sand filter

Shower/changing rooms

pool - space/ Fame

Vacuum/hose/pipe

Thermometer

Ladder/slope

Rail bars

Concrete space

You need to clean the swimming pool everyday so you don’t get sick from all the germs, you also need to put Chlorine in the water to kill all the germs. You also need to vacuum the pool so all the dirt from the bottom can go away.

You need a ladder to get in the pool safely,you also need rail bars incase the pool is to deep for you.

The people that clean the pool put a Thermometer in the pool to see what temreter the pool is at. You also need a net so you can get all the leafs and bugs out
